Construction Project Managers
Boutique Construction (Design and Build) Company based in mid-town Manhattan that does hi-end residential, retail and restaurant projects in the range of $300k to $4 million in NYC, is looking for a Project Manager/Assistant PM who has had at least 2 years’ experience working in Architecture and Construction firms in New York City. Bonus if you have MEP experience in Residential and Hospitality projects.

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 /year

Job Requirements:
- Construction/Architecture/Design Experience working in a Construction or Architecture firm. MEP knowledge.
- Must know how to read and understand construction plans.
- Must have previous experience working on multiple projects at one time and be able to work with demanding clients.
- Experience with selection of subcontractors and suppliers, and coordination of various phases of work
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
- Adept multi-tasker with the ability to meet deadlines
- Energetic, personable, self-motivated and a solution minded self problem solver.
- A high level of initiative, and a positive results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS. project). Procore Construction Program is huge plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD optional
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize Procore construction management software for project scheduling and coordination, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Review architecture plans and schematics to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and estimates, while utilizing tools like Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
