Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Transformation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of change management and technology adoption efforts, driving successful transformation across our new farms, with a primary focus on our flagship farm located in Danville, VA. As an integral part of the Business Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and stabilization of new farming initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this position is characterized by their exceptional organizational skills, adeptness in technology and data utilization, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record of crafting practical solutions for operational and business challenges. A systems-thinking mindset is essential, along with familiarity in Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Execution, and Maintenance Management Systems. The role also demands impeccable communication abilities and a history of effecting change in intricate environments.
What you’ll do
Core responsibilities include:
- Act as a software subject matter expert / first line support for Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Execution, and Maintenance Management System related questions from farm operations personnel
- Project manage requirements gathering and onsite change management for key software technology deployments at new / existing farm locations.
- Play a central role in new farm Warehouse Management System requirements, process changes, and associated on-the-ground implementation.
- Own the creation and maintenance of process documentation and lead the associated process change management onsite at the farms for key projects.
- Work with internal IT stakeholders to manage device configurations.
- Utilize your exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Employ your experience in driving change within intricate and multifaceted environments.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Passionate about technology and learning new systems and processes.
- Ability to travel to onsite farm locations to oversee / conduct installation, training and change management.
- Experience with using warehouse and production features of ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV a plus.
- Warehouse and operational process engineering / design experience
- Change management and training experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in managing projects, system implementations a plus.
- Functional understanding and experience with key ERP modules for warehousing, inventory, and production
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel capabilities and ability to manipulate data and perform analysis.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Resourceful team player with the ability to be effective independently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Industry experience in Food and Beverage and/or Agriculture/AdTech, not required, but helpful.
- Experience implementing operational ERP platforms used in factory/warehouse environment, not required, but helpful.
- Experience with Zebra scanning devices and label printing solutions, not required, but helpful.
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems, such as Upkeep, not required, but helpful.

Salary : $63,900 - $81,000
