The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow, the Mom and Baby Product team is composed of 15 team members including Software Engineers, Product Owners, Quality Testers, UX and UI experts.

• We focus on delivering high quality, best in class digital products and experiences to our patients and our internal colleagues.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Product Data Analyst for the Mom and Baby business unit. As a Product Data Analyst, you will be expected to:

• Support the Mom and Baby product team in Identifying opportunities for data driven decision making: user testing, a/b testing, data mining and facilitate execution of data collection and leverage to make recommendations to your business unit or stakeholders.
  • Patient-facing purchasing, scheduling and resupply products.
• Data Analysis: Tag, collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal and external sources- related to web and email product usage, product issues, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize various data analysis techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Performance Evaluation: Tag, collect, and visualize product and business performance metrics, such as adoption rates, user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Identify areas of improvement, potential bottlenecks, and growth opportunities to optimize product performance.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with the product owner, marketing technologists, ux designers, researchers and other stakeholders and vendors to understand product requirements, contribute to product roadmaps, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of product analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability throughout analysis activities.
• Willing to learn and become very familiar with our features and software improvements and how they relate to and solve for business problems and drivers.
• Willing to learn Mom and Baby’s business drivers and KPIs to provide consultation to the product team on evaluating the effectiveness of the feature.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or related experience.
• 2 years as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably at an organization supporting a consumer facing / B2C technologies.
• Expert in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
• Expert in Tagging complex, custom, front end customer facing web experiences
• Experience in event-driven architecture
• Expert in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, AWS Quicksight or Looker.
• Experience in managing third party integrations
• 2 Professional references
• Candidates may need to complete a skills assessment as part of their interview process.

You might also have

• Knowledge of Braze or similar email marketing platforms.
• Expertise working with the following tools and applications:
  • Basic SQL knowledge/familiarity
  • Basic Liquid knowledge/familiarity
  • Experience researching within the healthcare space.
• Experience working with properties on the Adobe Commerce platform, Alokai Platform, React based platforms.
• Working within an Agile or Scrum environment
• High comfort level working with Snowflake Databases
• High comfort level running SQL queries and searches and assessing data coming from SQL sources
