What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support Specialist position at Aeroform Athletics?

The Operations Support Specialist needs to be flexible and manage various functions to support the entire Aeroform business (sale-operations-finance):
- Monitor status of raw material/equipment delivery and receiving/managing deliveries to Aeroform
- Manage the product Bill of Materials process, support the production managers with manufacturing orders, help with ongoing inventory monitoring and adjustments (as needed)
- Coordinate the monthly review and year-end physical inventory process
- Assist with inbound orders and help coordinate fulfillment
- Help monitor production scheduling and deadlines for changing customer needs
- Monitor inventory of components used in our finished products
Required Experience
- Candidates should have at least have 2 years of experience in operations or related support roles.
- Baseball: playing (especially pitchers), and coaching
- Strong technology and organization skills are critical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
