Job Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician (I or II) to join our team in our Additive Manufacturing Technology Center in Daytona Beach, FL. The Manufacturing Technician is a dynamic position whose function is to support the 3D printing process for rapid prototyping, production parts and tooling.

Essential Functions
15% Removing support structures
15% Performing secondary finishing operations such as polishing, reaming and straightening
15% Prepping machines for operation
15% Material change overs
15% 3D Printer operation and day to day maintenance
15% Parts removal and cleanup
10% Maintain the schedule for multiple printers and builds
Other duties as required to maintain the business continuity
Requirements
Required:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge and navigation of MSOffice (Excel/Word)
Desired:
- Experience with 3D Metal Printers such as EOS, Phenix/3DS, Concept Laser or SLM
- Metal finishing techniques
- Understanding of additive materials, properties, laser welding
- Experience with Aerospace and/or Defense industries
- Potential weekend shift work
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Requires U.S. Citizenship. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
