Founded in 1953, Aerosonic has grown to be a leader in aviation instrumentation and avionics equipment – including air data systems, standby displays, digital and mechanical standby instruments, sensors and probes. Our customers include the major manufacturers of today’s civil, military and business fixed wing and rotorcraft platforms as well as all branches of the US military forces. We are currently seeking an on-site, Human Resources Intern at our Clearwater, FL facility. This is a paid internship lasting for approximately six months.
The right candidate will be working with all departments to support our Training and Development function.
Job Summary

- Assisting in the evaluation, coordination and implementation of our training programs and materials.
- Interaction with all Departments to gather documentation and assistance in the assessment of specific departmental/company needs.
- Assist in the development of the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading and organizing course content, tracking learner progress and troubleshooting basic issues.
Education/Previous Experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Business, Human Resources and/or Management program
- Understanding of Confidentiality - a MUST
- Excellent oral, written communication and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Trakstar is a plus
