We are currently seeking an on-site, Manufacturing Supervisor in our Clearwater, FL facility.

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the machine shop and leading people and processes. Directing team activities with the goal of manufacturing the best products on time while continuously improving processes, maintaining a safe work environment, and serving as an asset to customers and developing employees.
- Leading the Machine Shop - scheduling, training and performance of team; implementation of automation products
- Manufacture top quality products - maximize productivity, coordination of all materials and labor; recommendations on and lead capital expenditures
- Key Contributor to Machine Shop - Production of high quality parts delivered on time, Planning and providing accurate data on labor hours, capacity and schedule and engineering R&D capabilities, costs and print redlines.
Education/Previous Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of CNC and Mazak machines and automation
- Decisive leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP software skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be flexible with ability to respond positively to changes and challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
