What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker NO THC Drug Test position at Aerotek?

Candidates need to have experience working in hot and dirty conditions.
This is a 2nd chance employer and does not test for THC for pre-employment.
You will be cross trained in all aspects of production will be required to learn different production lines. This is for your benefit to find out which department is best and what you most enjoy. You will also be required to learn how to mig and tact weld on mild steel.
Job Duties:
- Operate hand and power tools to treat and prepare steel for assembly
- Operate machinery such as grinders, sanders, saws, drills to shape steel
- Lift up to 60lbs including lifting over head
- You may also learn how to tack and mig weld
Shift:
3rd- 8:30-5AM
Requirements:
- Experience working outside or non climate controlled environment required
- Manufacturing, construction, or landscaping experience preferred
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Open to working in hot conditions performing heavy labor
- Open to working up to 58 hour work weeks
- Open to joining steel workers union
- Must be local to Washington MO area. no relocation or per diem.
