What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Tech position at Aerotek?
Job Description:
- To assist and support the Quality Manager in promoting quality and process improvement in machines, methods and material
- Support all production processes regarding quality assurance
- Assure release and maintenance of production travelers and inspection reports
- Conduct and monitor End of Line testing of final products
- Assist in the maintenance of calibrated devices and measuring equipment
- Perform inspection audits across multiple stages of production
- Completion and maintenance of Layered Process Audits (LPA) as required
- Complete incoming/outgoing inspection of products as required
- Assist in the identification of production and quality improvements
- Identify, quarantine, and communicate component defects and quality issues expeditiously
- Assist in addressing customer concerns and completion of corrective action reports
- Participate in MRB (Material Review Board)
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Shifts:
1st: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
3rd: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
