Production Coordinator

Job description
As an Aesthetic Roofing Production Coordinator earning $50-$52K annually (depending on experience), you will be responsible for building out material orders and work orders for upcoming projects using detailed tools such as roof measurements, homeowner design and scope of work. Reviewing all project coordination, supplies, and working with the scheduler and permitting production assistant to ensure the utmost success of the project completion to company standard. Production coordination, strong skills in attention to detail, being highly organized and direct work with the Production Manager as well all Production team members will be key in the success of this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive and accurate documents

• Manage all impending, current and active job-in-progress files and communicate relevant updates to Production team.

• Build production materials and work orders

• Stay up to date on local building code requirements and identify areas of discrepancy

• Review final production material and cost to submit to scheduler

• Evaluate each project with specific needs for the production team and costs

• Utilize production schedule and effectively coordinate between the production scheduler and permit production assistant

Job Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to South Jordan, Utah

• Must be able to work in-office from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

• Must have demonstrable working knowledge of roofing systems and building codes

• Prior roofing or roof estimating is strongly recommended

• Must be comfortable and capable of both written and verbal communication

• Must have valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
