Job Summary
Our local insurance agency is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while actively promoting our products and services. Opportunity for advancement and bonus incentives.

Duties
- Engage in outbound calling to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Accomplish general office tasks such as filing, documenting and maintaining up-to-date client files, managing agent schedules, tracking and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the other agents as needed
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while communicating with customers in a professional manner.
- Act as liaison between the customer, the other agents and the insurance companies to resolve issues and advocate for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance customer experience
No previous insurance industry experience required. Insurance License not required.
Fully paid on the job training will be provided.
Qualifications
-Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- General computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
