As a Clinical Supervisor (RN) at Agape Care Group, you will lead and manage a team providing compassionate hospice care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. This role involves overseeing clinical practices, providing education, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences while supporting staff development.
A Leading Role in Hospice Care
You'll manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients in a safe and cost-effective manner. The clinical supervisor will oversee the care team, provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation and reimbursement changes, and help orient new employees.

Qualifications:
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
- Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred)
- Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
