Lead a Team of Compassionate Care Professionals
Agape Care Group is seeking experienced registered nurses to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor. In this position, you will oversee the care team and ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in guiding our team members and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of professional services to hospice patients
- Provide training and education to the care team on clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes
- Orient new employees to the company and its policies
- Serve as a key member of the care team and participate in patient care decisions
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient care and team performance
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs
