Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years cooking and kitchen administration experience. Less experience will be considered with exceptional education. You should also have a high-level of professionalism, be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and possess excellent verbal communication and organization skills. Additionally, you should be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis and work on your feet for eight hours or more a day. A high school diploma/GED is required, and ServeSafe certificate is preferred. Previous experience working in a scratch kitchen environment is a plus.
