The Facilities Manager will oversee and coordinate facility maintenance and improvements across multiple sites by ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and compliant, while effectively managing the daily needs of the teams within the facility.
Your Impact
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of three sites, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping, and future building projects.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and remote system monitoring to minimize downtime
- Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and suppliers to include procurement and contract negotiations
- Assist with developing facilities budget to ensure a balance between quality and cost-efficiency
- Act as point of contact during facility-related emergencies including utility failures, extreme weather, or safety incidents
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Proven experience in managing multiple-site facilities
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $49,152-$94,171, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 6% of compensation.

Your Workplace
You will work onsite and will occasionally need to travel between the facilities in Tremont, IL and Morton, IL.
