Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementations of SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 for USA and Canada countries.
Configure ONB 2.0 workflows, rules, and templates to meet business requirements and regional compliance needs.
Customize and streamline onboarding processes, including new hire data collection, task management, and document generation.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the USA and Canada (e.g., I-9, e-Signatures, tax forms, and provincial requirements).
Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with SuccessFactors and other applications (Kenexa, Employee Central, Learning, etc.).
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable onboarding solutions.
Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration details, and user guides.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for HR teams, end-users, and administrators.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to define onboarding requirements and deliver best-practice solutions.
Act as a expert for ONB 2.0, providing recommendations to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, with specific experience in the USA and Canada.
Proven experience in configuring business rules, workflows, and templates within Onboarding 2.0.
Strong understanding of USA and Canadian HR compliance requirements, including tax forms, work permits, and provincial laws.
Hands-on experience with integration tools like SAP Integration Suite (formerly CPI), APIs, or middleware solutions.
SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 certification.
Experience working with global or multinational clients.
