SAP SuccessFactors Consultant- Start ASAP- Cincinnati, OH- Hybris working- 6 months Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 for clients in the USA and Canada. • Configure and optimize ONB 2.0 workflows, rules, and templates. • Ensure compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements. • Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with SuccessFactors and other applications. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to design scalable onboarding solutions. • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and user guides. • Conduct training sessions for HR teams and end-users. • Act as an expert advisor on ONB 2.0, providing recommendations to enhance the onboarding process. Preferred Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations. • Proficiency in configuring ONB 2.0 business rules, workflows, and templates. • Experience with integration tools like SAP Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware. • SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 certification. • Experience with global or multinational clients is a plus.
