Position Summary :
Facilitates overall success of Agfinity operations by ensuring accounts payable vendor invoices are accurately entered in the Agris accounting system and paid on a timely basis with appropriate approvals and in accordance with Agfinity cash management policies in a high-volume environment.
Essential Functions :
- Process incoming accounts payable vendor invoices.
- Process payment runs according to the schedule established by Agfinity cash management policies
- Reconcile vendor statements to the AP aging; resolve items >
60 days old.
