Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing high-volume accounts payable and processing invoices (paperless)
• Handling petty cash and ensuring accurate documentation
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with general ledger and account reconciliations
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (construction, medical, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
