Duties

- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while maintaining cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling and kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with catering teams to create exceptional dining experiences for events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, with strong skills in food management and kitchen operations.
- Proficiency in menu planning, catering services, and food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and the ability to manage stock effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
