What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEDICAL SCRIBE/FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST-ENGLISH/SPANISH BILINGUAL position at Agile Derm Management LLC?
Your primary role as Medical Scribe includes accessing past medical records, lab results, processing lab specimens, and handling prescription refills. Experienced in working closely with healthcare providers to accurately input patient information/history into EMR system. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. The job also requires being assigned to other locations when coverage is needed.
In addition to your role as a medical scribe, you will also support the front desk operations. Duties include registering new patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, collecting co-pays, answering phones, verifying patient eligibility, and providing any necessary assistance to patients. You should be team player and capable of working independently.
