Location: Oakland, CA / Sacramento, CA / Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution
Understand various agile methodologies and frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP
Effective communication skills, ability to adapt style to suit different audiences
Ability to analyze data and draw insights on team performance.
Good understanding of Software design and delivery. Knowledge of technical terminology and processes/systems
Servant leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skill
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices. Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams
Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, promoting open communication and trust.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies.
Knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align, Miro
- Knowledge of IVR Technologies: IVR systems, platforms, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Genesys CX Cloud is preferred
