EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Requires minimum 5 years Talent Acquisition or HR Compliance related work experience in excess of degree requirements
- Highly compliance driven organization where attention to detail is extremely important
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is Preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, high level of integrity and personal accountability
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate's degree: Business, Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
- or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
