As a Drafting Technician, you'll be part of a team that creates accurate construction documents for real-world builds. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines.

No drafting experience requiredwe will train the right person!

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in solving problems.
Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required. Experience using CAD software is a plus but is not required. We will train the right person!
Strong Computer Skills: Comfortable using software, spreadsheets, and office tools.
Time Management: Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines, while receiving and prioritizing work from multiple members of the team.
Team Player: Able to work well with all members of the Agile team. Willing to tackle anything that needs done to move the company forward!
Key Responsibilities
Use existing plan sets or preliminary designs to create construction-ready documents.
Make redline changes to existing plans as needed.
Create and maintain base plan sets, including mechanical plans.
Collaborate with the team to ensure plans are accurate and practical for field construction.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 (DOE), with additional profit-sharing through a 1% 'Ghost Stock' program. Vesting occurs over 24 months, with % vesting every 6 months. Total potential annual compensation, assuming business growth like 2024, is estimated at $90,000 to $110,000.
