POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Healthcare Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team and engage with potential patients, insurance clients, or healthcare providers. This role involves making outbound calls to educate individuals about healthcare services, schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and generate leads for medical programs. A strong understanding of healthcare terminology and HIPAA compliance is essential.
Requirements : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient & Provider Outreach :
- Make outbound calls to potential patients, healthcare providers, or insurance customers to promote healthcare services.
- Educate prospects on available healthcare plans, treatment options, wellness programs, or medical procedures.
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, or telehealth consultations.
- Conduct insurance verification and gather necessary patient information.

Hourly Rate : $16.00 - $22.00 Based on Experience
