What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Production Manager position at Agile Retail?
Job Purpose
The Creative & Build Project Manager will join our U.S based team and is responsible for managing all US based Production House suppliers. Working with them closely pre-go-live to produce and deliver all customer approved assets on time, in budget and to a quality standard. The role will also manage the delivery and distribution of kit across America and issue training to field teams. Post go-live this role will work alongside the ops team to oversee aftercare and replacement of damaged kit, and any further requirements the field team might have to fulfil their targets.
In addition, the role has responsibility for the continual review and improvement of all produced assets of the program based on in field observation and team collaboration.
We will be activating a brand awareness driving program for an alternative to smoking brand in third party sites such as gas stations, bars, retail stores etc. For maximum brand awareness we need to install prints and hardware into these locations that can also be transported by the brand ambassador to the next location. The locations will be across four U.S states.
Depending on the site location the field team will be equipped with the following assets: branded pop up totems, tent cards, floor mats, clip on hose branding, presenter trays and a pop up trailer.

The key accountabilities will include but not limited to

- Ownership of the supplier relationship for the whole project cycle, ensuring you and your extended team deliver ‘five star’ service at all times
- Management of the project production plan and project aftercare lifecycle, ultimately accountable for ensuring that things get done when we say they’ll get done. This includes appropriate use of standard project management methodologies and governance forums, including workstream management, steering groups and reviews
- Develop deep, effective relationships with your suppliers to become a trusted partnership to deliver great service

- Demonstrate a sound and expert knowledge in production and distribution practices
- Develop and embed project management plans to ensure suppliers deliver top quality products which we are proud to put to effective use
- Show leadership in the collation, presentation and actions

About you
- Experience and demonstrable capability in large scale production management, producing distribution plans to high quality and accuracy
- Knowledge/understanding of various print methods, and point of sale fabrication
- Experience in supplier and third-party management, including tendering, negotiation contract and performance/quality management
- Experience in managing budgets and project management for large scale projects / programs
- Solution minded/able to work under pressure due to fast paced program
- Ability to work remote and on site in a third-party location
- Beneficial if you already have contacts within experiential production house
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
