Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify eCommerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Develop and implement eCommerce marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and customer service teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee inventory management and product listings, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Stay current with eCommerce trends and technologies, applying best practices to improve operations and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in eCommerce management with a focus on Shopify.
- Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
