Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled SQL Server Developer to support a critical Teradata SQL platform migration while ensuring continuity of bank marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL development, ETL workflows, database optimization, and data warehousing . This role requires collaboration with business partners to gather requirements, develop solutions, and maintain existing core campaign processes.
Responsibilities :
Gather requirements and develop fact and dimension tables while configuring ETL workflows .
Develop complex SQL queries and optimize databases for improved performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production ETL issues .
Optimize stored procedures, T-SQL, views, and functions for efficiency.
Automate SQL processes and track / document any changes.
Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses .
Develop and automate SSIS packages for ETL processes.
Create database objects (tables, views, indexes, triggers) to support relational and dimensional models.
Develop scripts for data manipulation and integrity enforcement .
Generate tabular and parameterized reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) .
Manage report schedules, subscriptions, and security settings within SSRS.
Support the migration to a new Teradata SQL platform while maintaining existing bank marketing campaigns .

Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients.
Strong SQL and Python programming experience.
Familiarity with demographic, interest, and transactional data from industry aggregators.
Experience with digital and email online platforms .
Ability to create and modify stored procedures for recurring and ad-hoc processes.
Maintain and improve campaign processes and business logic.
Perform rigorous quality control on campaign logic and data processes.
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, design, test, and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (direct mail, email, inbound / outbound calls).
Required Qualifications :
7 years of experience in Microsoft SQL using Management Studio .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
BS / MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Desired Skills :
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) .
Knowledge of Siebel CRM, SFMC / ExactTarget, or Portrait Interaction Optimizer .
Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
Familiarity with SAS & scripting languages .
Experience with MS Visio for process mapping.
Background in Retirement Plan Benefits or broader financial services .
