What are the responsibilities and job description for the SQL Server and C# Lead Developer position at Infosys?
Infosys is seeking SQL Server and C# Lead Developers who have worked on data warehouses that run on SQL Server and have knowledge of ETL processes & programming in C#. This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX / Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience working in SQL Server developers using large volume of data
- Experience with programming using C#
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in SQL Server
- At least 4 years of experience in Software development life cycle
- At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Thorough understanding of RDBMS concepts and data access strategies using partitioning, indexing, etc.
- Knowledge in Data warehousing - Different schemas - Star, Snowflake, etc.; Different Objects - Fact tables, Dimension tables, etc.
- Knowledge with ETL Batch handling very large amounts of data
- Good to have .NET technologies, ASP .NET, ADO .NET, MVC framework is a plus
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Financial Services domain
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
