Account Executive / Inside Sales
AGiRepair, Inc. is the industry leader in parts and repair of mobile devices across brands and product categories. We deliver high-quality support to schools across the United States for Apple iPad, MacBook, and Chromebook 1:1 initiatives. Over 12,000 schools across the U.S. have chosen AGiRepair as their partner for device management and support. We also support over 5,000 companies, repair shops, and repair depots across the U.S. with their parts and devices repair needs.
We are rapidly expanding our partnerships with school districts across the US, and we have an exciting new opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative! In this role, you will create and maintain strong customer relationships, identify the needs of customers and prospects to present the best solutions for them.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell all company products and services to current and potential clients
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing excellent product knowledge and technical support
- Determine customer needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Identify and contact sales prospects as well as other leads as assigned.
- Meet weekly and monthly client outreach goals
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge.
- Establish, maintain and grow current and potential client relationships.
- Manage account services through courtesy calls and other follow-up.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, turnaround times, repair inquiries, etc.
- Recommend alternate products based on cost and availability.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years commissioned-based B2B sales experience (Preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRM) (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
- Ability to self-source your own leads through a combination of cold calling and networking
- Motivated self-starter with effective time-management skills
- Goal oriented and ambitious with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
