Key Responsibilities:
- Stitching & Assembly: Reading tie down material lists and assembly prints to stitch tie downs with required hardware. You’ll also inspect, fold, and package completed tie downs per Company and customer specifications.
- Operating Equipment: Using production equipment such as automatic folders, hot knives, and riveters, while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
- Quality Control: Inspecting materials, trimming, and ensuring all tie downs meet quality standards.
- Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Working with senior team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve efficiency.
- Adhering to ISO Standards: Ensuring compliance with ISO procedures for quality and safety.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean work area, reporting unsafe conditions, and following proper procedures for handling chemicals and solvents.
- Documentation: Completing paperwork accurately, including routine job reports and other required forms.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Maintaining a reliable attendance record and adhering to work schedules.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least one year of strap assembly or stitching experience is required.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and work with small parts (e.g., threads, needles).
- Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and working with fractions or decimals.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively to understand job requirements and safety protocols.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions precisely.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally. The role requires standing, bending, and using hands and arms for extended periods.
Physical Requirements:
The role requires frequent use of hands for working with small components, standing, sitting, bending, and occasionally lifting heavier items.
Work Environment:
You will work around moving mechanical parts and machines, with potential exposure to chemicals and materials. Safety procedures must be followed at all times. The environment is typically moderate in noise.

Any job offer is contingent on the candidate successfully passing a drug and nicotine screening.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Please note that this is an on-site role, and remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing and able to work at our facility during designated working hours.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
40 hours per week, excluding paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and any applicable overtime.
