Social Media Client Success Manager

SALARY RANGE:

$45,000 - $60,000 a year DOE. Bonuses and Commissions

POSITION SUMMARY:

Attention Grabbing Media (Marketing Agency) is searching for an experienced Client Success Manager. We need someone skilled in crafting strategies, increasing social media engagement, monitoring performance, and nurturing strong client relationships. Your role will be crucial in guiding brands towards lasting success.

You will also direct Video Editors and Graphic Designers to produce compelling creatives that make our clients stand out.

OBJECTIVES:

• Supervise and manage assigned high-profile accounts, working closely with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their brand needs, provide updates, and receive feedback.
• Develop and implement strategic brand plans that align with client objectives.
• Monitor, expand, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
• Ensure the delivery of client commitments, exceeding expectations.
• Increase engagement on Brands' Social Media to make it go viral.

COMPETENCIES:

• Significant consumption of social media to stay updated on new trends.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Create engaging content that goes viral on Social Media.
• Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in KPI management and project deliverables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• No college degree is required
• Previous agency experience is a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
