What are the responsibilities and job description for the SHIPPING position at AGR Hourly Careers at NSG Group?
- Print a picklist (ZSPC) and plan a load according to picklist. Once you have printed picklist, verify carrier, weight, special instructions, load time, and product availability.
- Configure the load given the mixture of products.. ie: jumbos, minis, cases and how they will be loaded according to size and weight.
- Operate overhead cranes and sucker frame
- Verify the shipment once loaded, create BOL as well as Canadian Customs Invoice.
- Repair stoces/cases in a safe manner. Scrap lites in SAP once repaired.
- Complete necessary checklists... ie: crane inspection, forklift inspection, pre-load/unload inspection.
- Scan products into location. (LM01-RF Scanner)
- Receive/Hold product in SAP (ZSGR) on unloads, document any damage.
- Identify material needed for end capping and be able to endcap stoce. Complete swap transaction from stoce to endcap (ZPRP)and print ticket.
- Unload Gondola
- Change batteries on tug/long-bed/forklift as well as propane tank on forklift.
- Certified on forklift, tug, long bed, hydro, track-mobile
- Housekeeping
- Follow all safety rules and policies
- Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
