We're seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our tight-knit, high-performing team, who excels in building relationships across diverse cultures and time zones and possesses a collaborative mindset to drive business growth.
As a BDM, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with new accounts, offering a comprehensive suite of Information Technology (IT) and staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Relationships: Generate leads and cultivate direct client relationships for IT solutions sales and staffing solutions.
- Business Development Strategy: Implement and execute the business development plan in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Cultivate enduring, trusted relationships with senior management within target accounts.
- Target Account Planning: Develop and execute target account plans to maximize revenue potential and increase client satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Drive new revenue streams by cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Expertise: Proven business development experience supporting high-paced, complex product and service sales cycles, particularly in IT solutions and staffing services.
- C/V/D-level Sales Success: Demonstrated success in selling to C/V/D-level executives with a strong ability to hunt for new opportunities.
- Track Record of Exceeding Sales Quotas: Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in current and previous roles.
- Competitive & Driven: Competitive spirit, team player mentality, and self-starting drive to achieve success in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and clients effectively.
Experience:
- 1 years of experience in quota-carrying IT solutions sales and staffing solutions.
- 2 years of combined experience in IT sales and recruitment, with a proven ability to drive new business and grow client accounts.
