What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at AGRILAND FS?
AGRILAND FS is looking for a productive and well-organized administrator wanting to grow in responsibility and business aptitude. This individual will administer, execute and advise on agronomy, fuel and propane risk management contracts. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office and be a part of a dedicated and dynamic procurement and risk management team.

Core responsibilities
- Data entry and type using business software to complete and execute accurate contracts for customer's signature
- Processes risk management customer contracts for a variety of products
- Communicates regularly with sales and sales managers
- Supervise & monitor contract execution to ensure correct pricing and record keeping
- Assists in organizing commodity positions
- Three years' experience in business or related education with an understanding of business economics
- Strong communication, record keeping, organization skills
- Experience working in a high-speed office environment dealing with interruptions and distractions
- Excellent Microsoft Office software experience with an emphasis on Excel, data entry and word processing
- Demonstrate ability to learn proprietary software to gather data and create reports
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
