The Technical Artist II will join our team-oriented group of creative people in the Game Design Department. The Technical Artist role is the hub between various disciplines to assemble games inside the Unity Game engine. This role is responsible for assembly of game assets inside of Unity and works as a conduit between the Art team and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
- Assembly and organization of many game assets, primarily visual elements.
- Runtime animation inside of Unity, which may include 2D / 3D character rigging and animation, particle animation, and dynamic elements such as player-facing messaging and UI.
- Sequencing of runtime choreography for game elements and transitions between scenes.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible in the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.
