Ahlborn Equipment, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position plays a critical role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including data entry and account reconciliations.
- Use QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reporting.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closings and other financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Strong communication skills for vendor and customer interactions.
