Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Representative:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our products or services
- Collaborate with the Internet Sales Representative and Management team to stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications to communicate with customers effectively
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about the latest offerings
- Input all customer information into our CRM system accurately and efficiently
- Promote a collaborative work environment by working effectively with team members and fostering camaraderie
What We Are Looking For in an Internet Sales Representative:
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, account management, telecommunications, or client-facing roles is ideal but not required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and teammates
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales revenue for clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features and negotiate effectively
