This position requires the ability to:
• Collaborate with care team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide expert guidance on patient care, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
• One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
