Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation of engaging and compelling marketing materials, sales decks, case studies, etc. that inspires CPG partners to engage with AD Retail Media and ultimately support our media monetization channels and drive revenue growth. The Marketing Manager manages the team that is building and executing campaigns throughout the entire campaign development lifecycle. In addition, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the team and overseeing the development of supporting training and education materials for both internal and external forums that require strong visuals and crisp content to convey clear communications and training.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire campaign development process, from ideation to optimization, using an iterative framework to ensure effective customer journeys and business outcomes.
- Work closely with sales, account management, product, the great local brands, and creative teams to provide guidance on new initiatives and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborating with Marketing Director and partners with cross-functional leads to evolve the overall lifecycle marketing strategy
- Manage multiple campaign initiatives simultaneously, adapting to changes based on priorities and new initiatives while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Manage the creative brand strategy and positioning rooted in core industry and target insights
- Partner with adjacent internal functions (research, category insights, communications (internal and external)) to hold the line in the execution of the marketing plans so that the ADRM brand message to be translated into execution without compromise
- Advise the marketing team and design team from a customer point of view to ensure communication cohesiveness between design and message.
- The expert at synthesizing broad information into concise sound bites for easy consumer comprehension that captures their imagination.
- Lead ad hoc meetings with the sales team and marketing staff to review current marketing efforts and determine future needs to develop a robust marketing pipeline to deliver ADRM revenue needs
- Manages the team that is responsible for scheduling the ADRM participation and attendance in industry events (Retail Media, Grocery Shop , FMI etc.)
- Manages the development of internal training materials, standard practice operation materials and the resource hubs that are the repository for the materials.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experienced in writing and communicating to persuade different audiences, including senior executives
- Proven experience oral/written communication with presenting initiatives across various teams including sales, account management, product/tech, and Retail Media leadership
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and provide top execution of these projects
- Proven ability to distill brand positioning information into customer relevant and focuses communications
- Highly experienced in PowerPoint-presentation development, storytelling, and presenting/articulating messaging

- Master's degree
- Ability to inspire and engage teams to provide best in class marketing services through all parts of the marketing lifecycle
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
