What are the responsibilities and job description for the Storm Team - Sales Consultants position at AIIStar Construction?
We are looking for driven and persuasive individuals to join our Door-to-Door Sales Team! As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will travel to storm-affected areas within the Midwest as part of a team, educating homeowners, conducting inspections, and closing deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-earning environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inspections & Presentation Solutions:
- Collaborate with the canvassing team to maximize leads.
- Conduct storm damage inspections (training provided).
- Present the damage found to homeowners.
- Provide a damage report using the CompanyCam checklist
- Explain the insurance claim process to homeowners.
- Gather referrals for future opportunities.
- Maintain safety standards while in the field.
- Work closely with the field supervisor for daily close-out.
- Closing the Deal & Customer Follow up
- Secure signed agreements and guide homeowners through next steps.
- Submit accurate project documents and update Acculynx & Knockbase.
- Meet with insurance adjusters to establish a working commitment (as time allows).
- Gather job-specific documentation (contracts, scopes of work, etc.).
- Collect deposits.

Skill and Qualifications:
- Comfortable on a roof.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to learn computer software quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust.
- Resilient and confident in handling objections.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with roofing and storm damage (training provided).
- Previous D2D sales experience preferred but not required.
Performance Metrics & Compensation
100% Commission-Based - Unlimited Earning Potential Paid Two-Week Training! 50% of commission paid upon turning in deposit with contract/contingency. 50% payout upon job acceptance and completion of sales responsibilities.
