Job Summary
The Ainsley Search Group is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a food manufacturing facility in Devon, Pa. This Maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment consistent. All of our Technicians work 8-hour shifts, sometimes rotating between shifts week to week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical and automation systems.
- Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs of production and facility equipment during scheduled and unscheduled downtime periods.
- Use mechanical and electrical skills needed to troubleshoot and repair all production and facility equipment, and logic control systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, drawings.
- Discover technical problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
- Lockout tag out process and procedures
- Assist manager as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing and maintenance experience.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and PLC experience.
- Knowledge of Bulk Pneumatic Systems a plus.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary to complete repairs.
- Work with logic controllers to maintain automated systems.
- Provide friendly customer service while interacting with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
