Job Summary:
The Building Maintenance Project Manager and Administrator Intern will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance projects. This role involves administrative support, project management, and hands-on involvement in various maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans.
· Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and project documentation.
· Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
· Support the team in managing budgets and tracking expenses.

Qualifications:
