What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class Action Associate - Hybrid position at Aionios LLC?
Key Responsibilities:

Litigate wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions from intake through resolution

Collaborate with the managing partner and litigation team to develop case strategies and maximize case value

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents

Assist in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation as needed

Occasionally handle individual employment matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination

Provide mentorship to junior attorneys and work closely with support staff to move cases efficiently
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in class action litigation (employment law focus strongly preferred)

Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to draft high-level litigation documents independently

Proven track record of managing complex cases or high-volume litigation

Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable owning a caseload with minimal oversight

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to firm culture
