Key Responsibilities
- Handle family law cases, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, visitation rights, protection orders, spousal support, and modifications.
- Take ownership of cases from discovery through trial.
- Meet with clients, develop case strategies, and provide legal guidance.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.
- Contribute to case strategy development with a problem-solving mindset.
- Represent clients in virtual and in-person court proceedings.
- Approach each case with a client-centered perspective, helping individuals build a better future.
Qualifications
- Active membership in the Arizona Bar.
- Newly licensed attorneys or those with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
