About the Role:
The firm is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of experience at a leading law firm, with a focus on commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing abilities, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to take ownership of matters within a collaborative team setting.
Preferred Experience Includes:
- Complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Handling discovery and case strategy
- Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Experience with matters involving contract disputes, business torts, or regulatory investigations is a plus

- JD from an accredited law school

Compensation:
- Base salary range: $180,000 – $245,000, depending on experience and location
