Job Summary
As an Oracle EPM Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering daily support to Oracle EPM users, including both Hyperion On-Premises and EPM Cloud solutions. You will focus on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM On-Premises), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Data Management. Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation & Support : Collaborate with system implementation partners to build scalable EPM solutions that meet the organization’s requirements. Support the deployment and day-to-day operations of Oracle EPM solutions, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Data Management.
- Financial Consolidation & Reporting : Manage and support financial consolidation processes using Oracle EPM solutions. Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and reporting in accordance with business needs and best practices.
- Configuration & Solution Design : Develop functional designs and configure Oracle EPM solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Data Migration & Integration : Work closely with technical teams to design and manage the migration of financial data from legacy systems to Oracle EPM solutions. Support integration efforts between EPM systems and other enterprise applications.
- User Support & Troubleshooting : Provide continuous support to end users, addressing issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operations of Oracle EPM applications.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute testing plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of the configured systems. Ensure systems meet business requirements and operational needs.
- Documentation & Training : Create user documentation and training materials. Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to effectively use Oracle EPM solutions.
- Process Improvement & Optimization : Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation processes. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness within the EPM systems.
- Risk Management & Communication : Proactively identify and manage risks during the project lifecycle. Communicate potential issues to leadership and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Lead delivery within a workstream, managing the documentation, development, testing, and training efforts. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and project success.
- Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing : Stay current with updates and new features in Oracle EPM applications. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall capabilities and effectiveness.
