Job Summary
As an Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Analyst , you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our Oracle Cloud Financials systems. This role bridges business needs with IT capabilities, ensuring smooth implementation, integration, and support for key financial modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, guide systems configuration, and serve as a trusted advisor for leveraging Oracle solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation : Partner with implementation teams to build scalable Oracle solutions, strategize an end-state blueprint, and manage CRM ERP system architecture.
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to document financial processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Solution Design : Develop functional designs for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Configuration : Configure Oracle Fusion Financials to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Testing : Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate configurations and system performance.
- Data Migration : Work with technical teams to oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Financials.
- User Training : Create user guides and deliver training sessions to empower end-users with system knowledge.
- Post-Implementation Support : Troubleshoot issues, address user concerns, and ensure smooth system operations post-deployment.
- Enterprise Optimization : Simplify application landscapes, improve cross-functional processes, and provide strategic guidance for architecture and integration.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience :
Certifications : Oracle Certified Implementation Professional preferred.
