We are implementing a full-suite Oracle CRM, Cloud ERP, and EPM application layer to support our rapidly growing organization. Job Summary
The Oracle Business Analyst will support ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications, ensuring excellence in incident management, release management, projects, training, and adoption. This role is pivotal in collaborating with business and IT leadership to leverage Oracle solutions for operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage team members to understand business needs and deliver technological solutions and optimized operational processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and external partners to support core ERP modules, including Sales Commission, Supply Chain, Project Management / Accounting, Financials, and Budgeting.
- Create and maintain business process maps.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain configurations, integrations, and technical solutions.
- Supporting IT Technical Leads with integrations, such as APIs and EIBs.
- Analyze and communicate technical dependencies and provide cross-functional technical support.
- Oversee data governance and stewardship processes.
- Drive business process optimization and enterprise application management.
