Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager in the Orange County, CA area to join our growing team! This role is responsible for managing and expanding business operations within a defined geographical area. This includes driving sales, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the company's products and services meet the needs of customers in the region.

What You Will Do

Sales and Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients or accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
  • Territory Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze sales data to adjust strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and schedule visits to current and potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Product Promotion and Education

  • Promote the company’s products and services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Arrange, manage, and participate in brand-building events in coordination with Events Marketing team.
  • Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Submit regular reports to senior management on sales progress, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on strategy and goals.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products or services.
  • Attend team meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.
  • Requirements :

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong organization skills and time-management ability.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role (will consider education and experience).
  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to reach overhead, bend at the waist, squat, and occasionally lift / carry up to 35 lbs. unassisted.
  • Overnight travel will be required, including driving an automobile and traveling by aircraft and / or train.
  • A satisfactory driving record is required and must be maintained.
  • Must be comfortable with exposure to shisha (hookah) smoking.
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual Skills (Arabic, Urdu / Hindi, Spanish) in certain demographic markets.
